Every Asian country has their own version of noodle soup. EVERY country I can think of has a signature noodle soup! China alone, has hundreds of variations based on regional culture and resources. Being inspired by the worlds treats. The classically vibrant chicken noodle soup, is one of my all time favorite meals in winter. I often make the Asian infused version, as I find it adds more character and substance to the soup. 4 chicken thighs, with skin and bones. 5cm ginger piece, skin peeled and finely sliced. 4 garlic cloves, finely sliced. 2 red chillies, deseeded and finely sliced. 2 corn on the cob.
